Learning at Work Week

Learning at Work Week is an annual awareness campaign organised by the Campaign for Learning.

The week focuses on the importance and benefits of learning and development.

To support Learning at Work Week on your site, you could do the following:

  • Provide opportunities for your operatives to complete further training at work;
  • Make literacy and numeracy classes available to the workforce;
  • Liaise with local colleges to find out what courses they can offer that may be relevant to your workforce;
  • Introduce safety and environment quizzes for a fun learning experience on site.

Learning at Work Week runs from 18-24 May in 2026.
