Movember Foundation

Too many men do not communicate or take action when it comes to their personal health.

The Movember Foundation is a global charity which aims to raise funds and awareness for men’s health.

They are dedicated to raising awareness and helping men to live longer, healthier and happier lives through investing in four key areas: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and physical inactivity.

Every Movember, they encourage men to grow and women to support a moustache, or to make a commitment to get active and MOVE.

The Movember Foundation have provided the following resources:

  • A summary of Movember in one page;
  • ‘Our Impact Investment Strategy’ – this is an in depth look at the strategy for distributing funds and why it is shaped that way;
  • A health poster that summarises the basic thing they want men to do off the back of the awareness generated by Movember;
  •  The Movember rules.

The following ‘How to’ resources provide quick steps on supporting others.
