Family Fridays
Robertson Construction Eastern have started running ‘Family Fridays’. All staff and site personnel, including subcontractors, are encouraged to finish their work on Friday at 3pm, as we are keen to make work lifestyle balance much better for all.
Staff then have the opportunity to collect their children from school/nursery etc., meaning there is no need for alternative arrangements childcare etc. to be made. Plus, they get to start the weekend early!
We would like to think this incentive will be beneficial to motivation and productivity.
