Working closely with BioPharm, the site has introduced the latest Diphoterine (Chemical Splash Protection) and Trivorex (Neutralising Chemical Absorbent) eye wash first aid units, and has provided all first aiders with training and pouched personal eyewash bottles for carrying on a belt for immediate treatment on site.

This latest technological development is designed to negate the effects of exposure to corrosive and irritant chemicals, and is considerably more effective than basic water irrigation.
