Worker Learning Corner
As a site team we know the importance of supporting our workforce with their learning and personal development.
To encourage this on site, we have implemented a learning corner within the canteen for operatives to relax, read and learn about how to progress in their career.
The learning corner was made by our own graduate site manager and work placement student and used their own experience and knowledge on how they got into the industry and implemented this into the careers board.
We have had great feedback from the workforce and aim to constantly review and improve.
