Virtual Stakeholders Engagement Meetings

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the Stakeholders Engagement meeting was held on Teams. Keeping people engaged and in the loop about what is happening on site has always been a priority for the project.

As part of the agenda, there was a project overview, the response to coronavirus explaining the measures taken to ensure government guidelines are upheld during the works, introducing the team and new members and how their operations have been affected. An update was also provided on the project progress and a look ahead for the next quarter.

Other important aspects of the works such as respect the community and protect the environment were also covered on the presentation as it has been impacted by this pandemic.

They also addressed some of the questions from their virtual attendees and received some feedback for the next session.
