DABS – Daily Mental Health and Wellbeing Conversation

On this project, mental health and wellbeing are discussed on as daily basis during DABs coordination meeting.

These meetings are held Monday to Friday and are mandatory for all subcontractors with over 50 people attending the meetings.

Discussed in the meeting presentation is:

  • Every day a new subject will be presented and discussed, eg: How to keep active, No Smoking Day, hub of hope website.
  • Varieties of recommended apps to support with mindfulness and guided mediations to support with maintaining Health Stress levels and minds.
  • The companies Mental health flyer – You are not alone
  • Videos are shown during the meeting, to encourage workers to feel more comfortable to talk about the subject.

Adding to that, they use information from the NHS website.

Finally, all information are sent via Aconex to all subcontractors and shared on the project’s WhatsApp groups.
