Bereavement Support Pack

When faced with tragedies, sudden losses, or long-term illnesses of employees or their loved ones it should not be a taboo or subject that does not require attention. At this contractor they believe the mental health of their workers is of high importance and during those life-changing tragedies they need to be there to support their workers as best they can.

As a result, they have developed a bereavement support pack with practical help as well as letting them know that they have an open-door policy and will provide them with support and understanding on their life-changing journey.

Unfortunately, they have had to face these tragedies on several occasions, and having such a pack helped them to connect with their workers, show them that they care, provide them with practical help and let them know that they are not alone.
