Sign Language in the Community
This contractor has successfully ran British Sign Language courses for staff members.
After noticing an opportunity for others to learn they have since teamed up with the local community centre and now run lessons for anyone who wishes to learn.
Everyday the workforce interact with people who are hearing impaired and therefore they felt that even being able to introduce themselves and say please and thank you it would help to be more inclusive to every member of the community.
