Solo-Gyps Drywall Attachment

The Solo-Gyps drywall attachment simplifies the positioning of plasterboard ceiling panels saving manpower and effectively allowing one operator to lift panels without assistance.

This is ideal for interior fit-out projects and significantly reduces the risk of musculoskeletal injury and fatigue for installers.

Plasterboard for ceilings have historically been raised by handed, while there have been some lifting aids and props etc. developed in recent years this product is far more advanced.

Having the drywall attachment makes it easier for operatives to install plasterboard at height and reduces the risk of a manual handling accident or musculoskeletal injury on site. It also saves on cost of labour as the attachment allows one operative to install ceiling boards without the need for an additional operative as required when installing ceiling boards with no attachment. This also reduces worker fatigue as they are not manually lifting up plasterboard all day.
