Male Domestic Abuse Day

This contractor closed down a site in each region and supported the Male Survivors of Domestic Abuse Day.

On this project they brought two adjacent sites and their operatives together on the build floor to listen to a talk from Trafford Domestic Abuse Service.

A talk was delivered about the subject with operatives, highlighting some of the issues that may not necessarily be seen as domestic abuse and also challenging the stereotypes that domestic abuse is only carried out by males on females.

All the operatives stated that they had never heard a talk like that before and it opened their eyes to the issues.
