Reducing Disruption for a Nearby Restaurant

This contractor is working alongside a restaurant that is positioned along the promenade building new sea defences.

The restaurant usually has tables outside their building for customers to dine outside with a sea view, however they lost this outside space for the contractors works. To solve this, the contractor applied for temporary planning permission to construct a large decking area on the other side of the restaurant so they have a nice alternative outside space.

They paid for and made large windows in the hoardings all the way along the promenade side of the restaurant so that diners inside are still able to see the sea and also a view of what is happening.

They also worked with the restaurant to design branded graphics to go on the hoardings.
