Disperse Digital Construction

On this project they have been using Disperse, which is an AI progress tracking system and 360 degree image recognition system capturing site images from a fixed location on a weekly basis.

It enables automated progress tracking, detailed reporting, and long-term data retention to support post construction management. Disperse has transformed team collaboration on the project by breaking down information barriers between stakeholders.

Unlike previous siloed approaches where each stakeholder maintained separate records, Disperse provides a single source of truth accessible to all project participants.

Site managers can highlight specific issues to subcontractors using objective visual evidence, reducing the risk of disputes over work status. Project planners gain real-time insights into site conditions without leaving their offices, enabling them to update schedules based on actual progress rather than subjective reports. Senior directors can remotely monitor multiple buildings simultaneously, allowing them to prioritise attention where is needed most.
