Electric Torque Wrench

This contractor has implemented a digital torque wrench which delivers up to 50% faster installation by replacing the hand tool.

This provides 16.9 – 203.4 Nm of torque range and accuracy within 2% for torque critical fasteners.

This tool gives faster, more productive torque reporting with ‘ONE-KEY’ providing torque data and customisable reports for inspectors or owners.

The benefits of this product include:

  • Digital Precision: Real-time torque monitoring and data logging ensure every connection meets design specs with full traceability.
  • Productivity Gains: Faster, consistent torque application boosts efficiency, shortens timelines, and cuts energy use and overheads.
  • Smart Data Capture: Digital torque records support QA/QC tracking and align with BIM and modern construction workflows.
  • Enhanced Reliability: Programmed torque settings, auto shut-off, and feedback systems reduce human error and improve structural integrity.
  • Energy Efficiency: Electric torque wrenches use minimal energy and eliminate the need for compressed air or fuel, lowering site energy demand.
  • Reduced Carbon Footprint: Accurate torque application reduces rework, material waste, and unnecessary transport, cutting emissions.
  • Worker Health & Safety: Reduced physical strain lowers fatigue and injury risk, supporting workforce well-being and social sustainability.
  • Lifecycle Impact: High precision extends the life of fasteners and components, minimising replacements and embodied carbon.
