100% Recyclable Polypropylene Hoarding Signboards

On this site, we have been using fully recyclable material for signboards from Green’s Signs. The Polyline Foam is a new material on the market within the signage industry that we’re looking to use for all of our site signage going forwards.

As part of our #challengegreen project, this was introduced as a substitute material to Foamex. Polyline foam is 100% more recyclable then regular Foamex and can be put in the recycling stream after printing without any problems.

Other perks to switching to this material are: 75% more rigid, meaning you can use a thinner sheet and still get the same or higher strength characteristics of a thicker foam board; 50% harder meaning less prone to deep scratches/ dents, and finally 30% less brittle.
