Aero Barrier Sealant

This contractor is using a safe and non-toxic waterborne acrylic sealant, which is used in conjunction with an air sealing system.

This pressurises the building or apartment and sprays the sealant before injecting the precise level of sealant mist into the apartments.

The particles are automatically drawn to each leak and will completely seal it leaving no VOC or gases.

This can remain in place for years, staying completely pliable and flexible.

The method reduces energy lost and mitigates moisture, sound and odour improves indoor air quality and the sealant does not stick to vertical surfaces.
