GRAHAM Construction launched its 2016-2018 Civils Graduate Development Programme in November 2016 as part of its on-going commitment to the development of staff within the GRAHAM Academy.

Gary Burt, Community Engagement Adviser (Wales & England South) suggested that as part of their learning all graduates should register with the Best Practice Hub and complete the “Introduction to the Considerate Constructors Scheme” e-learning course.

Each month the graduates complete a different module, which also gets recorded as part of their CPD.

The benefit of these e-learning courses are that the project based engineers learn about the Code of Considerate Practice and this knowledge not only provides them a greater insight into the CCS Monitor visit, but also how to become a better Project Manager.
