Allowing Customers to Track Repairs Operatives

Wates are piloting a new tracking system that should improve the fuel efficiency of their repair service.

The tracking system will allow customers to view their operative’s live estimated time of arrival. This will enable them to track the operatives approach on a real-time map.

It also provides the customer with a link to the schedulers enabling them to cancel the repair thereby reducing no access rates by up to 6%. This will also result in fuel savings and hence a reduction in CO2 emissions.
