The Considerate Constructors Scheme has produced an appraisal template, which can be adapted to meet the individual needs of your site/company.

This has been created with the intention that both staff members and their managers can complete the appraisal form, which is aimed at both encouraging operatives, whilst also highlighting any potential areas for improvement in their performance.

It is also an opportunity to set objectives, and for the workforce to have open discussions with line managers about any other issues.

Please be aware that this Scheme document has been produced as a template, which can be adapted to meet the individual needs of your site/company.
