Approved Black Hat Stickers
As part of our approach to improving supervision on site we have implemented an Approved Black Hat stickers for hard hats.
To get this sticker the supervisor must have the relevant qualifications and have gone through a supervisor competency check by Lendlease.
If the operatives does not have this sticker they will not be permitted to work as a supervisor on the project.
The visual nature of the sticker ensures all on site have the confidence the checks have been carried out.
