We have provided an Arcade Machine, which was built on site, to promote a fun, relaxed environment for our workforce. Having the arcade machine enables workers to take their minds off of things.

The idea came about during a campaign to promote mental health and wellbeing, when staff were asked about the kind of things they would like to have on site to help them relieve stress and unwind.

Many of the operatives were speaking about cards, chess and other games. This is when they were asked how they would feel about having an arcade machine, as I have one that I built myself at home.

They were very pleased and we got started. The arcade machine was made on site by myself. It was a hit amongst all workers, they loved it and it has since been very popular.
