Banner pen displaying safety rules

All personnel on a construction site must be made aware of safety protocols. This should be done in a clear and engaging manner to ensure people understand the safety information.

See the examples below for how one site achieved this:

  • Freely distributed pens with an image of the project and a pull out banner measuring around 100mm by 50mm.
  • One pen displayed 10 rules for supervisors aimed at encouraging supervisors to take a more proactive role.
  • The other pen displays 10 rules of conduct for operatives and site visitors.

This system aims to be more effective than handout cards, as pens are frequently used on site and their use would remind all personnel of the importance of safety.
