Battery Powered Heavy Duty Pallet Truck

The project is using a battery powered heavy duty pallet truck to move materials around site, in place of the diesel powered telehandler.

The pallet truck has pneumatic tyres enabling it to travel over relatively rough terrain.

Using battery operated plant helps to reduce the site’s carbon emissions.

The pallet truck is also used to move materials within the building, which reduces the risk of back and other injuries from the manual handling of building materials.
