Bee Hive Donation

As part of our ongoing commitments to improving the environmental and also leaving a legacy on the projects we deliver, we have taken delivery of a brand new bee hive and starter kit, which we will be donating to the school as part of our works. As has been well publicised, bees are on the decline and are a vital part of our ecosystem, so this will hopefully provide both an environmental and an educational feature of the site going forward.

Pictured is Site Manager Will Brookshaw modelling the bee keeper suit which came as part of the starter kit, and Site Manager Ben Davison modelling a bee costume purchased as a bit of fun for the presentation to the school. We have asked the Bee Association to come and give a presentation to the school on how to keep the hives.
