Black Hats in Summer

Temperatures are souring and its touching 29 degrees now.

One of our Brickwork black hat supervisors asked us if he could wear a white hat instead, as he felt the black ones were getting too hot and uncomfortable.

We couldn’t change the rules but came up with this idea.

Black hats are for identification of supervisors, and this one bridges the gap.

We have issued these out to our other supervisors on the job.

This obviously will be used only during these extreme heat conditions and we will revert back to our normal black hats when its gets slightly cooler.
