BMI Scales

Following a visit by an Occupational Health Nurse, the site has provided the workforce with a set of BMI scales which can be accessed in the first aid room and is linked to a phone app to set goals and measure progress.

This provides a confidential method of improving overall health and fitness by alerting the workforce to obesity risks.

These scales can be purchased for less than £70 and encourage BMI awareness as well as promote health benefits of reducing body fat.
