Bogus Caller Reminder

During the initial resident interview, the Resident Liaison Officer talks the householders through our processes and reminds them of the security risks that are associated with refurbishment projects including ‘Bogus Callers’.

We appreciate the information is a lot to take in and as reminder to all members of the household we have distributed ‘Door Wobblers’ that can be adhered to the front entrance door as a visual reminder to check the identity of all callers and ask to see their ID badge.

This has proved a particularly useful tool for the elderly/vulnerable residents as it is a constant reminder to be vigilant during our works and can easily be removed and disposed of when no longer needed.
