Bus Shelters Donated to a Local Rugby Club

On this project, the site team delivered two bus shelters to a local rugby club. The initial idea was the brainchild of the site foreman who was onsite and saw the potential of the bus shelters and felt it was a shame for them to go to waste as they are still in decent condition.

After calling round various local sports clubs, the local rugby club accepted them after they went sent some photographs of the bus shelters.

The contractor needed help to transport them so engaged a subcontractor to use one their Hiab machines to transport them the 1.5 miles from the site to the club.
