Carbon Neutral REGO Green Energy Tariff

All CVB sites and offices have switched to a carbon neutral “Renewable Energy Guarantee of Origin” (REGO) backed energy supply.

REGO certificates certify that the energy supplied has been produced from 100% renewable sources (wind, solar, geothermal, tidal, etc. and does not include nuclear).

Procuring electricity though a REGO certified tariff enables CVB to report zero emissions for Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reporting and significantly aids in hitting our carbon reduction targets.

The transition to REGO backed tariffs has been at no additional cost to date.
