Our site has recently used a web-based system to accurately measure and offset our carbon footprint.

For a small fee we were able plant a tree locally to off set 1tCO2e. We received confirmation of our tree’s location and were able to download a certificate which we proudly display on our community and site notice boards.

Your carbon offsetting can be used to support community projects and there are various projects that you can choose to support both in the UK and abroad.

This is a very simple and effective way to involve your site in carbon monitoring and offsetting and suits both small and large sites.
