Carpet Tiles in Changing Room

Providing clean and well-maintained welfare facilities is important for the wellbeing of your workforce.

In order to avoid the use of newspaper in the changing room we provided a carpet tile for each locker.

Carpet tiles are cleaned on a weekly basis to help keep the welfare area clean and tidy.

The benefits of implementing these carpet tiles include:

  • Dirt from boots was not spread over the floor due to the placement of carpet tiles;
  • Newspaper was not left all over the floor creating an untidy impression;
  • Carpet tiles were made easily available to users by placing a simple rack at the entrance of the changing facility;
  • Dirt from carpet tiles could be ‘shaken’ out after use and then returned to the rack for re-use;
  • This simple cost effective solution, improved both the appearance and cleanliness of site facilities.
