CCS E-learning Champion

In order to promote CCS we feel it is important to start with the BYUK site team who can then relay important topics to the rest of the supply chain.

At the beginning of the project, September 2019, we allocated on site different champions from various professions.

  • Client champion
  • Diversity champion
  • Commercial champion
  • Social value advisor champion
  • Environmental champion
  • Traffic management champion

In addition to these champions we now have a dedicated CCS training champion who is our commercial lead on the project who is an advocate for upskilling the workforce.

We have implemented a new CCS training tracker which follows the progress of the 15 CCS e-learning modules and who of our staff have completed.
