Berkeley Homes Eastern Counties were represented recently in a boxing event against rivals St Josephs. One of the aims, other than winning the fight, was to raise awareness of the Scheme as well as raise money for the ‘Fight 4 Change’ charity.

Fight 4 Change are the primary driver of the sport for development agenda, with a focus on supporting young people from vulnerable and disenfranchised communities, with programs addressing inactivity and physical literacy, female engagement and mental health.

In total £1,066 was raised with contributions coming in from Berkeley Homes staff and sub-contractors.

To make the event more of an occasion, and to promote CCS and Fight 4 Change with the contractors,  a sub-contractor foreman who has been performing well on our sub-contractor performance chart was brought along to the event.
