Citizen Aid App

Citizen Aid are a registered charity and have a free app available to all which details what to do in the event of an emergency situation. The app has been automatically included on all mobile devices of our staff and we have raised awareness of this internally.

The app includes simple and clear information on how to stay safe and potentially save lives in the even of emergencies such as acid attacks, shootings, stabbings and bombing incidents if they occur. There is also guidance for what to do on encountering an unattended item.

We believe all should be aware of the app within the industry and outside the industry. Fortunately, we have not had to use the app to date.
