CLOCS Delivery and Mileage Management
This contractor has created their own bespoke CLOCS smart device application that their gateman uses to carry out CLOCS compliance checks.
On site they are striving to go paperless and this allows them to conduct vehicle checks quickly without having to use lots of paper forms every single day.
The contractor have taken this further by creating the feature of mileage tracking. This helps them to monitor the carbon dioxide emissions created from the miles racked up by deliveries to and from the site every single day.
Each form is sent directly to the site management team via email and converts automatically into a spreadsheet which makes it easy for recording each and every delivery.
