Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for the Workforce

From a recent mental health awareness week initiative came an idea to provide the workforce with professional Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) sessions to help with any personal problems or issues that they may have and that they need help with.

They have implemented monthly CBT days that run from 9-4 and consist of 12x 30 minute sessions open to every member of the workforce to book.

They have been made aware (complete anonymity is in place) of some operatives who have had suicidal thoughts and therefore they now follow up with every attendee to see how they found the session and is there anything else they can do to follow-up. This is a way to bring the metal health conversation to life and make it real and available for all the workforce.
