We hold weekly meetings with all supply chain members due to carry out work on site in the next four weeks and use Collaborate Planning to produce short-term look ahead plans of all activities and actions that need to happen in the next 4 weeks
Supply chain members identify their activities, with resource and time period and capture what needs to happen (i.e. actions) including who is accountable, by when and status. We then mark-up progress position on Programme and capture all information.
