Rather than just having the principal contractor sensible monitoring information in the site office and the client sensible monitoring information in the clients’ main office, it was decided to combine the two into one central board to allow all operatives and visitors a “one stop shop” view of the monitoring coming up and the recent past monitoring with KPI score clearly shown.
We have found that this has added to the mutual trust and cooperation between contractor and client with regards to the sensible monitoring of upcoming site works by both parties.
