Constructing a Boat for a School Play

Every two years, the Ursuline Preparatory School produce a school play which is shown in the Basildon Theatre.

This year the school produced and held a play based on Sinbad the Sailor.

Knightbuild Ltd, who were working beside the school, decided to help the school out with some props by constructing a “ship” for the Sinbad play which had to be wheeled out onto the stage.

The boat was constructed out of materials which were no longer required on site and the majority of the products used would have been classified as waste products.

Not only did this help the environment but the school received a boat for their play which was showcased in the Basildon theatre.

Knightbuild Ltd received warm gratitude from the Ursuline Preparatory School for their help and excellent finished product which helped ensure that their play was a success.
