Coordination with local stakeholders

Each quarter, the site team at the Lillie Square project meet with the London Oratory School which neighbours the site. These meetings are intended to keep the school updated on the project activities and address any questions or concerns.

The project has supported the school with donations of tickets to concerts as prizes for competitions that the school has hosted.

In addition, the site have implemented a delivery ban from 08.10-08.40 in the morning and 15.30-16.00 in the afternoon, to coincide with the arrival and departure of schoolchildren each day.

The early and ongoing engagement with the school has helped build a positive relationship and enabled a collaborative approach to solving issues in regards to the logistics of the site.
