Coronavirus Safety Kit Box for Front Line Workers

Avondale Construction Ltd have created a coronavirus safety kit box for all of their front line security staff.

The security staff have worked continuously throughout the pandemic, across all of their sites, from greeting working in the morning, to taking all workers temperatures when coming onto site.

The safety kit boxes have been created to allow the staff to always have a constant supply of PPE. Any used items are replenished once used. These boxes include:-

  • 1 x box of nitrile powder free gloves
  • 1 x pack of all purpose cloths
  • 1 x pack of anti bacterial wipes
  • 2 x KN95 filtering respirator masks
  • 2 x face visors
  • 2 x 100ml hand sanitiser bottles
This example of best practice is just one way that projects can work to tackle the virus and reduce the spread. For full guidance and the latest Government advice read the Construction Leadership Council’s Site Operating Procedures.
