Crane Evacuation by Fire Service

BAM Construction have collaborated with the Greater Manchester Fire Brigade Technical Rescues Unit, by offering them the opportunity to practice a rescue drill on our tower crane at our 100 Embankment site.

This opportunity gives the fire brigade a real-time practice run in a live, challenging environment.

This also gives BAM additional skills and knowledge on emergency rescue procedures, which have been shared internally to help improve knowledge and understanding of emergency rescue from cranes.

BAM have worked closely with the fire service regarding this operation, sharing knowledge and working together to make this exercise beneficial to everyone involved.
