Crane Management App

Through the use of the 1Guava application the project team have generated a digital version of the project to coordinate and monitor the usage of the cranes throughout the day.

The project can fully manage site cranes with allocated timeslots and booked deliveries through the application. The cranes are then monitored throughout the day, with this data inputted into graphical format.

The application can be downloaded by any operative and provides a summary of the delivery time to each trade o and their confirmed crane allocation period. This application removes the use of a printed paper booking form. It allows the system to adapt to any changes in the day, with the bookings being updated instantly by the site appointed person.

Through the use of this application, the project can increase the utilisation and productivity of their cranes whilst ensuring this is effectively communicated to all operatives to ensure safe lifting throughout the project.
