Creating a Garden Oasis for Barnardo’s

The project team organised an afternoon of clearing weeds, stinging nettles and creating a garden oasis for families who use Barnardo’s Freemans Centre in Brent.

The centre supports struggling families and is a safe space for children and young people. Benches, planters and a wormery was donated by the supply chain.

The wormery is to encourage children to learn about biodiversity and all the benches and planters were created from recycled pallets.
