Culture Survey
On this project they undertook a culture survey to see how their operatives really feel about working on the project and their views on the safety culture.
Over 100 operatives undertook the online survey and 30 undertook a face to face survey.
This has allowed the contractor to understand how their operatives feel about the site and given them some clear goals on how to improve the site to make it a better place for everyone to work.
