Cycle to Work Scheme

London City Centre is full of air, noise and visual pollution and with that in mind, Wooldridge Demolition are conscious of the impact we have on the environment so we have set up a ‘Cycle to Work Scheme’ to work towards reducing our carbon footprint.

At our flagship site, Ergon House in Westminster, we have encouraged our site staff to take part by cycling to work, whether it be for the whole journey or for part of it.

We have created an incentive to motivate our site workers to cycle to work each day by offering them a free bike service. We have also installed bike racks which are located at the site to ensure the workers have a safe and secure place to store their bikes during working hours.

No Bike? No Problem! The Wooldridge Demolition team have drawn up a map indicating where the nearest Santander bike stations are located, perfect if they are travelling by tube and are looking to cycle from the station.

Public transport routes have also been mapped out with information of Bus stops and times as well as tube stations. Whilst travelling by car is discouraged, if unavoidable, car sharing is promoted.
