Dedicated Project Microsite

The project team have set up a site specific microsite to keep residents regularly informed of site progress and other useful project information.

Working closely with the site team and the client, the in-house marketing team created the user friendly website as a top priority to ensure everyone viewing the site could easily navigate and access the variety of information available.

Developed in partnership with the client, the site includes regular updates on the work progress, links to important documents, regular video updates, invites to virtual meetings and a varied selection of progress images. All in addition to crucial contact details.

The microsite is updated regularly and residents even have the opportunity to subscribe to the site to be automatically notified of any updates.

On the back of the success of dedicated microsites such as this one, the contractor has created additional sites for several of its schemes across the South of England.

The use of dedicated site specific microsites has been proven as an invaluable tool for communicating with residents, providing them with essential information instantly and reducing the need to produce paper copy literature in line with the contractor’s strategy of reducing their carbon footprint and striving towards a zero carbon future.
