Diesel Conditioner Fuel and Efficiency Savings

Fuel consumption savings of up to 7.59% have been verified in a three-month series of trials with trucks owned by the demolition contractor using the product SulNOx Eco Diesel Conditioner.

Following these results, this has now rolled out to 100% of the fleet. Based on 2024 fuel consumption data from the Jigsaw Fuel Management System and UK Government conversion factors, they estimated a reduction of 208,483.46 kg CO2e to 275,677.61 kg CO2e based on savings of between 5.74% and 7.59% identified during the trial, which is an average annual saving of £73,528.13.

This is a big step toward assisting the contractor on its journey to net zero, with huge annual carbon savings and Significant financial savings per annum, representing a 900% Return on Investment.

Further maintenance savings have also been achieved owing to typically reduced AdBlue consumption, fewer sensor replacements, and a lower incidence of filter problems, totalling an additional 1-2% of savings.
