Digital task sheet

Organisation and communication is key to enhance productivity.

Co-operation and organisation between principal and subcontractors on a project is crucial in ensuring successful results.

It is therefore fundamental that all parties must communicate regularly. Any efforts to provide more efficient communication and detailed updates is recommended.

One site achieved this as shown in the examples below:

  • Site is trialling a digital task sheet and subcontractors are encouraged to use this to prepare method statements/task sheets;
  • This is an innovative user-friendly computer system and includes photographs from a comprehensive library to limit pages of script;
  • A click system can be used to include a number of elements for each section of the task sheets.
