Training Seminar on Domestic Violence

A number of issues affect members of your workforce, from mental illness to discrimination.

It is important that you promote a safe, considerate and respectful working environment, to effectively support the individual needs of your workforce.

Below is an example of how sites can provide an understanding of issues facing individuals:

  • A training seminar was held on site, where the police undertook a presentation on domestic violence.

Such training will enable members of your workforce to understand the issues surrounding domestic violence, recognise domestic violence and encourage the implementation of procedures to enable reporting, to ultimately provide a safe environment for those affected.
